Google to launch Pay Per Acquisition network in the UK
Google is shortly to launch its Pay Per Acquisition network in the UK. This moves follows 3 months of testing in the US.Google's PPA model enables companies to advertise on affiliate sites, and to pay only when a visitor to their website converts in some way - in buying something, newsletter sign-up, submitting enquiry form etc.
This PPA method has a number of advantages for the advertiser - it reduces click fraud and primarily it helps to reduce low quality leads and visitors, which would be paid for under the CPC model.
