We have recently developed and launched a new site Rugby Tots, built over several months around a bespoke CMS and online booking system. For visitors, the site enables online booking, a parent login area for parents to view the class details for the children, to view their child's progress and to buy merchandise online.
The system enables Rugby Tots to manage all of their classes across the UK, to manage waiting lists when classes are full, is fully integrated with PayPal for payments, automatically splits payments between the franchisor and franchisee, gives full details of each transaction including an audit trail and automates may repetitive tasks.
